ITS Help

For reporting a non-emergency problem or making a request, send an e-mail to itshelp@ucalgary.ca, with the following information:

  • The six-digit UofC tag number of the computer involved in the request
  • A description of the request such as:
    • equipment not working
    • need software purchased/installed
    • email problems
  • a "required by date" for requests that involve scheduled events or presentations

For reporting emergencies, refer to Troubleshooting Guide to direct your concerns appropiately.

ITS will always work to provide the quickest service possible.  If we can't respond to your email immediately, we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
