Internal Grants Several grants are available from URGC. New academic staff ( within 2 years) are eligible for a starter grant of up to $18,000. Others may apply for a short term project grant of up to $10000. Travel grants of up to $1800 are also available.

ALA Grants and Fellowships Various grants are available.
CLA Library Research and Development Grants Grants are awarded to support theoretical and applied research in the field of library and information services.
Librarian Network The Thomson Corporation sponsors awards and scholarships that recognize and encourage research achievement, scholarship, information science, and librarianship.
