Libraries & Cultural Resources Email Policy (Draft)
General Information
This policy should be applied in conjunction with
any other broader University policies regarding computing such as the
software policy and the general campus computing policy. Both of these
polices can be found on the University Computing Services Web Page.
Further E-mail resources and explanations can be found on the University's IT site.
Electronic mail is provided by the University for staff use. Subject to University policy and the criminal code of Canada, system administrators may be required to access individual mailboxes or files. This is done only with the approval of the Vice President (Academic). Where mailbox errors have occurred, individual staff may need to ask system administrators to resynchronize or restore their mailboxes.
